Hello everyone. I am looking for the table(s) that would contain the document that appears once I enter appropriate selection criteria for transaction code GD23: Display Local Actual Documents: Selection. Thank you.

You can determine this yourself very easily by running transaction ST05 against your transaction. When you display the list, it will show you which tables were hit.

Or you can use F1 an inspect the technical info for fields to get some clues. Otto
