Lock User After Failed Login Password Attempts

Is there a way in E-Sourcing 5.1 to lock a sell-side user account after the user enters a given number of incorrect password attempts? We would like to lock a user account after 5 failed passwords but we cannot find a way in E-Sourcing to do that. Is it possible?

i think it is possible to do it via java IapiTaskIfc implementation class :

setup - Scheduled Task List - create :

    - Task Type: IAPI Task Execution

    - IapiTaskIfc Class: TO BE DEVLOPPED (java skill needed)

    Regards,
