Hello everybody

I've installed a fresh 2007A PL10 SAP Business One but i'm facing two problems:

1. When accessing the SAP Business One Integration platform's control center i have an "B1iXcellerator servlet unavailable" once i enter login and password

2. the event sender service is not installed even if all services are ok. in the B1 service manager i have an error 1060 when i select event sender. and in the program files i have no link for event sender.

thanks for help.

Sofiane

I used a program called crap cleaner to be able to unistall the program as mentioned in previous thread and was able to install the integration module shipping with 8.8 PL 12 for the enhanced cockpit functionality. Error message disappeared after I was able to uninstall the abovementoined integration legacy app from 2007.

Hello Quentin

Thanks for your advice. i used CCleaner and i was able to install integration services. But once installed it is still not working: cannot connect to the B1i administration and in service manager i have error 1600 on the event sender service.

I think this might come from our antivirus which maybe stops the install but i dont know how i can make sure it's the case.

Best Regards

Hello Edward

Thanks for your answer. i wasn't able to perform this operation. the DI Proxy service does not exist on my installation. So i've uninstalled the server tools, the server and the prerequisties and yet when trying to install the B1i. i'm getting an error "cannot install, setup detected and embeded version of B1i".

I can't figure out what i would have to unistall other than the packages i've removed.

Thanks

Sofiane,

In the initial release of SAP Business One 2007A, there was a version of B1i, B1iP, that was automatically installed as part of the Business One installation. This is not the case anymore, but was early on. I think the issue that you are having is that B1iP is installed and that is why you are getting the error.

If you do not see in the Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Windows Apps and option to uninstall the SAP Business One Integration Platform, then it sounds like possibly something is "stuck" in the registry on that machine.

You may want to open an SAP Support message if this is the case. You should be able to simply uninstall B1iP from the Control Panel and then reinstall B1iSN.

Sofiane,

Please uninstall the B1iSN Integration, Event Sender, DI Proxy Service and Monitor using the Control Panel > Uninstall. Make sure that you have downloaded the B1i installation from the SAP PartnerEdge Portal and the latest B1iSN patch level.
