Hi Youssef,

you can use this script:
var selection = GEO_MAP.getSelectedMember("DIMENSION");
DS.setFilter("DIMENSION", selection);
GEO_MAP.setLayerVisible("LAYER_1",false);
GEO_MAP.setLayerVisible("LAYER_2",true);

where GEO_MAP is the geo map component, "DIMENSION" is the dimension in the GEO_MAP, DS is the data source you want to filter.
You have to create two layers: one for the first selection ("LAYER_1") and the other for the drill down ("LAYER_2").

I missunderstood your question, I am sorry.

I thought you want to filter a data source and visualize another layer.
There is the script to select a marker and filter a data source:

var selection = GEO_MAP.getSelectedMember("DIMENSION");
DS.setFilter("DIMENSION", selection);

that's all. One layer can rapresent all your point (remember that a layer have a limit of 5000 points).

You can use the "Map Legend Visibile" property in the Geo Map Properties.

If you set it to false, you will hide the layer legend.
