Hi
IT 186 and IT 185 would be used for CPF functionality. Each CPF fund type would be contributed by Employee and Employer and is taxable.
For calculation of CPF both ordinary and also additional wage types are used.
1) Ordinary Wage (/102): Ordinary Wages are wages due or granted wholly and exclusively in respect of an employeeu2019s employment in that month and payable before the due date for payment of CPF contributions for that month. This includes allowances (examples of some allowances which are liable for CPF). Cumulation class 02 must marked for OW in V_512W_D table.
2) Additional Wages (/103): Additional Wages are wages which are not granted wholly and exclusively for the month. Examples are the annual bonus, leave pay, incentive and other payments made at intervals of more than a month. Cumulation class 03 must marked for OW in V_512W_D table.
Ordinary, Additional, Total and Contribution wages for CPF are below,
/102 (total ordinary wages), /302(total ordinary wages after pro-ration)
/304(total wage after pro-ration)
/399(OW for CPF after capping) - at present the capping is 4500 SGR.
/309(Paid additional wages)
/3LB (EE limit to CPF) - at present the ceiling is 76500 SGR.
/3LD (ER limit to CPF) - at present the ceiling is 76500 SGR.
/350 (EE CPF contribution with % and amount)
/352 (ER CPF contribution with % and amount)
/305 (EE CPF amt)
/306 (ER CPF Amt)
/336 (ER CPF Refund)
/337 (EE CPF Refund)
Hope this helps
Best Regards
Reddy
