My client has a requirement of 2.5 days of monthly paid Leave quota for each employee. The condition is if the employee is absent for say 5 days in a specific month, the leave quota will be reduced by the following rule " ( 25/31) *2.5 days. and the actual Leave Quota Will be 2.0161 days. not 2.5 days.
I have already configured the Leave Quota as 2.5 fixed days for each employee for each month.
Please someone guide me solve the problem
