issue regarding relocation leave

Hi experts!!!

Thanks for your valuable inputs.

We have a scenario in which If employee is transfered ,he should get 6 days leave quota as a relocation leave.

Kindly suggest me How I can configure this in a PCR.

Presently I am using HRS=YDSAJJ where JJ is seperation date in infotype 41. System is showing error on hiring date that infotype 41 is not maintained.

WHether or not Dynamic action will be done deppends on if the Quota is a Time Evaluation Generated or not.If generated through Time evaluation then the field will be greyed out and Dynamic action will not work.

I would advise please maintain a Date Type in IT41.That wud solve it and your rule will work.

Say Z1-Transfer Date-DD.MM.YYYY

Otherwise make changes into the rule to read it from IT0000.Evan this will work.

In Dynamic action quota number is grayed. I am doing it in generation. Because making it in no generation it would go to Hiring Action.

Kindly suggest what I can do!!!

Hi,

Do you want to create a different quota type for ex. Relocation leave or you want to accrue 6 days in your existing quota?

If you want to create new quota type then you have to make it no generation and do the settings. So that while saving IT 0000 you also create IT 20006

Hi Archana,

For your problem you can make use of dynamic actions such as... whenever there is a transfer of employee it would call the infotype 2006 and update with 6 days of relocation leave.

Archana,

Instead of PCR why don't you go for dynamic actions when IT 0000 is created.

You can check the action type and reason and then create a IT 2006 record with 6 days leave.
