Certicate Profile Problem

Dear Gurus,

I am actually finding it impossible for Quality Certificate to be created & printed for deliveries using tcode qc20.

I get this message '' certificate profile not found''. but this same profile prints when i use qc21( create cert for inspection lot).

Whats are reasons for this error , i ma missing certain points here

steps have been taken already:

1 Defined condition type for output determination LQCB ( cert type E22: test cert 2.2 EN10204)

2 Edited Output Determination procedure

3 Create the cert profile & assigned the form to it. I can simulate & view the certificate for delivery from within

4 Created copy assignment (qca1) for Mat/Customer through qc15

5 Create cert recipient vv21

6 compile batch mb57

But when I try to create & print manually, i get the message " Certificate profile not found).

The problem is probably with the customer number.

In QC21 you get to specify the inspection lot andit is not necessarily using the customer number to idientfiy a COA profile to print with.

In QC22 you are executing from a delivery and it is trying to find the profile using the data provided by the delviery including using the access sequence used by the delivery. You should trouble shoot this from VL02n in the delviery and look at an errored output for the COA. (select the errored output, then select GOTO-->Determin. Analysis from the menu). Look at what tables it went through looking of a COA profile and see if these tables are what you expected. I supect that the delivery output is not searching the right tables, or is searching with inforamation that doesn't allow it find a profile.
