Issue while transfering order from APO to ECC as STO

Hi,

Im facing problem while transfering order from APO to ECC as STO. We are creating dispatch order from manufacturing plant to depot. Initially STO's were getting created for specific dispatch locations after doing OLTP from source plant to destination plant but from last two days sto's are not flowing. There is no change event also.

I think post TLB while doing OLTP the sto's are getting stuck in APO outbound queues. When im checking outbound queues in APO im getting message as ' Error during creation; GUID: ttjrZwf0S}6OaW0RUE9rIW ttjrZwf0TF6OaW0RUE9rI " . When im checking VL10D in ECC then sto is not present.

Pls let me know for chekpoints .

Hi Vrushali,

Hope required publication settings are in place in APO,as error comes on outbound side of APO, you can also check settings from ECC side.

Like correct document type/Category (UB/F) assignment for STO for both sending and recieving locations in table 'T161W' or through SPRO.

Thanks,

Hi Vrushali,

Please check on the below points

1) Check is there any recent changes done in the master data of the

location products (by taking one sample which is not transferred)

both at R/3 and or in APO.

2) Check is there any customisation settings changes or new

transports released which will affect STOs (both in R/3 and APO)

3) Analyse the application logs generated during the error

4) Try generate a manual STO in R/3 and check whether it is

getting updated in APO or not by debugging the queues

Hi Vrushali ,

Please check the Basic settings of SNP in SPRO ...in 'Configure Transfer to OLTP Systems' whether you have selected radio button for 'transfer for TLB orders to OLTP' system and also the publication settings are set correctly.

If these settings are correct try to run CIF delta report (/sapapo/ccr) :

-check see if these orders are stuck there

-try to reconcile/push the orders there and

- run Q manager (/sapapo/cq) and check the application log where you would get detailed message which would help to correct master data related issue ..if any,
