Need documentation on IXOS Archive Administration n configuration with SAP

Could someone send me some step by step documentation on IXOS Archive Administration and configuration with SAP. Would be really appreciative cause i need to start this work immediately in my company.

When I try to open Servie for object . It is saying No service available.

There is a entry in SGOSATTR table with IXOS_DC ..

Is any special settting required.

The intention of this forum is to help with specific problems, not giving generic configuration advises. I would contact IXOS/OpenText for further documentation and/or help.

Since IXOS/OpenText is a third party software (no produced by SAP) you should check with the vendor for documentation.
