Inbound Delivery Status Not Updated in S4HANA For Goods Receipt

How to update delivery status of inbound delivery ( LIKP-GBSTK , LIKP-WBSTK , LIKP-WADAT_IST) field in S4HANA.

my requirement as below

create an IBD with tcode VL31N

Post Goods receipt with help of function module "BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE".

To update doc flow used function module "SD_DELIVERY_UPDATE".

After the above delivery is on Open status.

Please suggest any solution for the above requirement.
