Send email with Approve and Reject buttons in SAP ChaRM

Hi All,

In SAP ChaRM we have a standard button 'Send Email' and my requirement is, we have send email with Approve and Reject buttons. Recipient can click 'Approve or Reject' button in outlook and same needs to be receive in sap solution manger and we need to change 'Change Document" status to approved or Rejected.

Please guide me the procedure from where can we start.

We have an similiar requirement. We would like to approve or reject as example an urgent correction by clicking on a link/button in an email.
