PO listing as per Incoterms and document date.

Kindly suggest is there any report available in standard for listing POs wrt incoterms and PO creation date.

ME2N. It is there in selection screen but not in output list. Any other valuable inputs.

hi,

Go to transaction SE16..

enter table name as EKPO/EKKO and put your inputs for incoterms and document date...and execute...

system will show all results for the same with above two fields as well...

Note: When you enter incoterms and document date as an input field, then it doesn't make any sense to get same inside report as well...

The very first thing is that I want to have report in standard SAP which my users can run, coz SE16 cannot be given to users. Second thing is that if I am having list of incoterms about 37 for which I am running report in particular period then in output I need to sort/filter wrt incoterms.

It is not advisable to run report for each incoterm and hence only my requirement is to have incoterms in output list also.

Experts, any other suggestions???

Hi,

Check the ME80FN t-code.

Select the dynamic selection screen...> choose the creaed On & Inco terms in the list of Pur. doc header level .

Yes it is there in ME80FN on selection screen but not in output list. I want it on selection screen as well as in outputted list.

Pl suggest alternative.
