Which version of CR report do you use? For sure you can aleways setup an ODBC DSK for your database on the workstation CR runs on and connect using the ODBC driver.

i am using CR 2008 version. i was downloaded this software from sdn........

when i am connecting through ODBC .

i open new blank report

gone to crate new connection

> in that i select ODBC(RDO)----> next button i was click

> i selected Data Source name -

>MS ACCESS Data Base

>next button here it is asking the user id name & password..

here i dont know what i should give the user id & password.....

Did you create a ODBC DSN on your computer for the MS-Access datbase? Use the ODBC administrator for this (odbcad32.exe)
