Terms of payment

Hi ALL,

We have a requirement to create new payment term with AR inspected from 1st day to final date of the month is to be paid on 4th month-end.

example: for the period jan1 to 31 st of jan to be be paide on may 31.

could some one please let me know how to config with this requirement.

In transaction code OBB8, Enter 31 in Fixed date field and 4 in Additional Month Field

Please check SAP Note 162885 for explanation of terms of payment baseliine date and changing the date by adding months.

In Base lide date calculation tab, you can maintain fixed day 31 and additional months 4
