DIM-00019: create service error

hi SAP Expert,

currently i was performing a Database import using R3load from windows 2003 i386 (Oracle 10G) to windows 2008 x64 (Oracle 10G) but when i reach the step for create database i hit the error below:

Instance created.

DIM-00019: create service error

O/S-Error: (OS 1388) A new member could not be added to a local group because the member has the wrong account type.

is there anyway i can solve the issue above thanks.

the error is due to the domain controller is installed on the windows server 2008, it solved after i remove the domain controller and perform the installation on local.

Why you use r3load ? If 2008 are not R2 (R2 currenty not yet supported) you can do homogeneous system copy.

About your problem try to check the oracle services are all started correctly? if not try to start it and continiue.
