Reschedule in Instance Manager greyed out.

We reschedule report in instance manager frequently. Since we upgraded from BOEXI 3.1 SP1.6 to BOEXI 3.1 SP2.1 the Reschedule option in instance manger is greyed out. Even looking looking at SP3 which we have on test it is greyed out. Is there a fix for this?

I've seen this often and not only with the re-schedule option but also with the delete option etc in Instance Manager - it comes and goes and I'm still not sure why. (It was in XIr2 and now in XI 3.2 as well)
