LIS Debit Notes Not Updated

Dear LIS Experts,

In MCSI Tcode some debit Memo request is not getting updated in S991 Info structure. Some debit memou2019s is getting updated in the same info structure

Below mentioned configurations are maintained properly for updating.

1. Maintained Statistics Groups for Customers (OVRA)

2. Maintained Statistics Groups for Sales Document

3. Assigned Statistics Groups for relevant Sales Document Type

4. Assigned Statistics Groups for each Sales Document Item Type

5. Updated Customer Master for Statistics Relevancy

6. Transaction Code XD02 (Sales view, field u201CCust stats.Grpu201D)

7. Updated Material for Statistics Relevancy

8. Transaction Code MM02 (Sales 2 view, field u201CMatl statistics grpu201D)

All LIS configurationu2019s done long time back itself but now we found some discrepancy in Debit notes.

Note:

There are some documents, which has got similar parameter like same Sales document type, item category, material which has got posted but few documents are Not Posted.

Please though some light if any one come across.

Please use Search before posting. LIS and similar issues have been discussed many times in this forum. There are diagnostic transactions that you can run and also check for update terminations.

The info-structures with numbers 501 and higher are your own custom defined, so you'll have to do your own research and won't find any detailed answers here. But the tools and possible causes have been discussed many times.
