Error send data to databse

Hi,

I try to send data to the database from an EVDRE report. The return status is failed and the error message is:

- Error Message -
Cannot perform write (NOT_TRANSACTIONAL)


- Rejected record list -
Error converting records: The root element is missing.

The problem occur in our production environment and I have not seen this error before. Any suggestions?

step by step:

1. Go to transaction RSA1 at the backend level

2. Find your infocube in Modeling->Infoprovider section

3. Right-click at your infocube->Change Real-Time Load Behaviour

4.Select Real-Time Data Target Can Be Planned; Data Loading Not Allowed

usually this error comes whenver data is not able to stored in CUBE.

Make your cube transactional
