Hi All,
Recently we deployed SFTP adapter with the latest SP 05. Post deployment, we are seeing an issue in the Sender channel while processing the file.
The adapter is detecting the folder/directory and file, but it is not able to process the same. We have used the FCC in the channel which is the new functionality given by SAP in the latest SP. We are getting the below error:
The user has all the necessary authorization. We could so all the actions with the user using an third party tool.
Even the XPI inspector is not providing us the much error log apart from the log which comes in the channel.
SAP Version : 7.4 Dual Stack

Hello Nitin,
Could you also please check the connectivity to the receiver side? how you are connecting the receiver application? if it is a FTP / SFTP, check if you have proper authorization to send / post file at target.
Thanks
Sugata

Hello Rao,
The provided info so far is not enough to understand your issue well.
But you could check steps below and see if any valuable info can be found.
1. SFTP Channel status, Running normally? Is any error can be found in Channel Monitor?
2. Could you find any error message in Message Monitor? What's the message log like?
3. How about checking default trace which covers the issue occurring time?
Path: - /usr/sap/<SID>/<instanceID>/j2ee/cluster/server<n>/log/defaultTrace.<XX>.trc
4. Collect XPI Inspector trace with example 50 (add sftp channels) and example 100 (see KBA 2172012)
Please ensure you need to reproduce this issue again while collecting XPI Inspector traces. These traces may show more details for trouble shooting.
Hope above could help you.
Best Regards, Faison

Dear Faison,
1. SFTP Channel status, Running normally? Is any error can be found in Channel Monitor? -- Yes the channel are working perfectly fine. The outbound from SAP flows are working without any issues.
2. Could you find any error message in Message Monitor? What's the message log like? -- I have pasted the error in my initial description, apart from that I do not see any error logs in the Message Monitor.
3. How about checking default trace which covers the issue occurring time?
Path: - /usr/sap/<SID>/<instanceID>/j2ee/cluster/server<n>/log/defaultTrace.<XX>.trc -- I already did that , yet there is no much information on the trace file.
4. Collect XPI Inspector trace with example 50 (add sftp channels) and example 100 (see KBA 2172012) -- Even the XPI Inspector shows the same logs what is shown in Message Monitoring.
I raised this issue with SAP and they are also clueless and currently product team is looking into this issue.
Regards
Nitin
