issue in fs00 change

Dear Sapgurus,

in production i create one g/l code user id mydr123 with fs00 300000 sales account group is p&l and account currency inr, tax category "_" , line item display and fsg 3000 i save this g/l code.2 days after other user id login in fs00 and change the g/l code tax category option now its " * ". Now i want to find out who has changes this tax category option, In ska1 system its shows created by onlly....... Kindly let me know.
