Unable to modify SAP Group name in SAP GUI of SAP Bex Analyzer

Hi Experts,

I am trying to open a query in SAP Bex Analyzer, all the remaining systems are working except one system, that is due to a Group name in sap gui. I am trying to modify the group name and connect, but it still takes the old group name.. Can anyone please let me know how and where to modify the SAP groups in SAP GUI in SAP Bex Analyzer.

All "groups" you see there are configured in saplogon.ini resp. in the SAPGUI.

Hello Markus,

Do you mean the same saplogon.ini of SAPGUI, reflects in SAP BEx analyzer ? because I see a different thing in my case, I see a different systems in SAPGUI of SAP BEx when compared to normal SAPGUI logon pad in the same system. Is there anyother saplogon.ini configured separetly for SAP BEx ? if so where is it configured, could you pls let me know the path of that ?

Yes

I suggest you contact the guys distributing the configurations to help you in configuring that. Usually only one saplogon.ini is used for all frontend applications.
