There is one requirement for DMEE file creation for bank transfer through.

If you want to use DME creation you should use the PMW (payment medium workbench). This you you can use transaction DMEE to create or copy the layout you want to use to generate the files for your bank.
You will need to configure some points in transaction FBZP ( points which are relevant for the payment program f110 ).

When you can use a srandard SAP one you can assign it to your payment method. When the file structure don4't exist in SAP you have to get the file details from thr bank and develop the srtucture with the transaction DMEE.
