Excise Tab in MIGO for import PO

Dear all

When doing MIGO for Import PO excise tab is not appearing for the material

I have maintained all the data in J1ID for the material and plant

already we use to capture EI for the same material and plant but this time this is creating issues

We have posted an inoice of planned delivery costs but no excise tab in MIGO

What might be the reason

Whether you referring correct commericial invoice no. & year while creating migo,Recheck maintained J1ID for material chapter id combination.

Everything is Ok

we use to capture EI in the same plant and material

The MIRO document is ok and excise data in J1ID is OK

But the excise tab is not appearing MIGO eventhough we have checked MIGO settings in SPRO

Have you processed customs MIRO?

Please check in your PO whether you have maintained CVD,Ecess CVD,Sec ECESS ON CVD condition types or not?

we have passed the custom miro and excise related entries are OK in PO

Hi,

Check the miro posting again wheather what are the enteries you have posted. check u have posted the bed, aed, cess and Hcess. check in J1ID wheather u have maintained the cenvat determination where u define plan, input material and out put material.

check plant and vendor is exicisable . check in j1iex for the capturing the excise duty,if it goes to display mode than it shows that u have already captured the exicse.

Check goods receipt movement type ? Whether it is 101 movement ?

Have you tried to capture excise invoice with reference to purchase order in J1IEX ?

Hi,

In J1ID Check on

1.Material Chapter id Combination & Material Type also.

2.Maintain Cenvat determination

3.Vendor Excise Details - Excise indicator for vendor

4.Plant - Excise indicator for Plant

5.Excise Tax Rate - Valid From & To.

Hope there will not be any changes in SPRO. If you have done it 2 months back for that material. In SNUM - for plant excise group define no. range for the current year.

First you have to post the Customs MIRO in case of import purchase...then go for MIGO...you will find excise tab will follow....
