LCM login fails

Hi,

I am unable to log in to LCM after the installation.

I get an error like "There is no LCM app object present in CMS".

I tried logging with Admin user as well.

I have BO 3.1 SP2 installed on Windows 2008.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
