SSCR Key Registration via Solution Manager

Hi everyone,

One of our developers asked if they should be using Solution Manager to register SSCR keys for our various systems.

Are you able to use Solution Manager to register SSCR keys (aka object or developer keys)?

Also can you use Solution Manager to search for SAP support notes?

I'm pretty sure the answer is no to both of these questions, but better to ask first.

Hi Shaun,

There is no possibility of registering SSCR keys via Solution Manager. The interface does not exist.

With respect to SAP Notes, there is a search function available in Service Desk wherein you can search for SAP Notes.

Also if you are using Solution Manager Workcenters then there a link to the Notes search in the Incident Management workcenter.
