Where can the workflow of a not ordered shopping cart be observed?

Dear Experts,

Where in SRM can i see the (future) workflow of a shopping cart, that has been saved, but not ordered (SRM 7.0, Classic Scenario)?

I mean, when i create a shopping cart, i can already see the future workflow of the SC in the "Approval Process Overview"-Tab, even without ordering it.

But of course the workflow is not getting determined in portal but in the SRM system. So, where would it be possible to see that workflow?

Hi,

You can check document status. If it is awaiting approval, Approval Process Overview shows started workflow info.

If it is saved status, Approval Process Overview shows preview simulation before actual workflow start.

do you mean the checking of the document status in BBP_PD or somewhere else?

Can you please help me find out, where exactly the preview simulation is shown in the case the shopping cart is in saved status?

Workflow

event must be trigered while you order a cart only not saving/holdiong the cart.

since WF might triger upon your starting conditions defined in WF template
