HR Triggers & Position based security

Dear Experts,

I have configured the HR triggers using AC5.3 SP9 and HR RTA is at SP7. Everything works fine except the position based roles. The call from JAVA to the function module in HCM was happening to get the roles assigned to the position but not getting added to the CUP request and hence not getting assigned to the user. I have the New Hire request type with "Create_user" action but not "Assign_Roles" action. If I put the "Assign_Roles" action then my CUP request is not getting created with the error message "Error No role selected for the request". I don;t have any default roles assigned to that system. Any help will be really appreciated.

    Question, how is the employee data 105 being updated?

    Is this directly in PA30 or is there an IDOC updating the employee record?

    Reason for the question, we were informed HR triggers were resolved in SP11. We just finished the install of SP11, and its seems the issue has not be fixed.
