What I want to achieve is to implement a function in our external service desk to open the corresponding ticket in SolMan.
Does anyone know the appropriate URL to open a service desk ticket in SAP SolMan by passing the ticket id?
This way only works with the GUID:
http://mysolman:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswp_bsp/dsmop.html?ISBSP=X&CMD=NOMI&NCMD=CRMVW&ID=<SampleGUID>;
My problem is that I am creating the ticket in an external service desk, thus the GUIDs differ (for the same incident, the ticket-GUID in the external service desk is not the same as the one in SolMan ServiceDesk). So, I think the only way might be to use an URL that contains the object_id (ticket id) somehow...
Any ideas or hints?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
Regards,
Ronald

A colleague pointed me to this (working) solution:
http://mysolman:myport/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?transaction=DSWP_SAPSHORTCUT&OkCode=%2f08&pcmd=CRMVW&pmsgnum=<MESSAGE_ID>&pvariant=&sap-system-login-basic_auth=X&sap-client=001&sap-language=EN
