Dear all

would you plz tell me, how to change the control indicators in Master Inspection Characteristics in which i have assigned "Class Characteristics"

as in change mode it shows non modifiable indicators

is there any option to assign one characteristics to multiple MIC

also actually i dont want to create version its restricted due to some reasons. any other option to change indicators after assigning the class characteristics

No......One class char can only be assigned to one MIC.

The way I suggested ,I have used and worked fine.Otherwise create another class char & create different MIC's

Hi,

You can assign 1 class charecteristic to only 1 MIC .

Why you are not using same combination in different INSPECTION PLAN so that in inspection plan you can change control indicaTor accordingly ur requirement.

requirement is that i have to assign one MIC at different plan with different indicators thats y i need a solution to change the control indicators

As you must be knowing control indicators are automatically picked depending upon the type of class char you used.

So you have to change the class char itself so that control indicators will automatically change.

That's how it is.You make have to create a version or new MIC altogather.
