LSO - Course booking log

Hi Experts

I'm booking for course for EE , following the WF the booking is rejected by manager but the EE still in waiting list.I guess the enduser re-book the EE again.

So there any tcode or report can show me the log of this booking , e.g. first book by who , rejected by who and re-book by who.
