GATP and Quality Stock

We have requirment where Quality stock with different released date should be considerd as avialable stock on the day atp check is carried when ATP check is done for Stock Demand Stream

Where as

When ATP check is done for Sales Order,Quality stock should be considered available on the release date.

The requirement comes from the business perespective that Quality stock can be sent to from plant to another plant even though inspection in progress where customer order can not be confirmed untill inspection stock is actually after inspection is over.

The challenge standard APO is not able to differentiate inspection stock while APT check based on demand stream like Sales Order or Stock Transfer Order.

Hi,

If you are having QM lot in ECC, then it can be sent to APO as either inspection stock (which has availability date as today) or QM lot (which has start date and end like a receipt element) and based on that you can give confirmation date. Its not possible to differentiate these elements based on demand type (either sales order or stock transport order).

But you have MRP element as "stock in quality inspection" in ECC then it will go to APO always as inspection stock and it will have availability date as today.
