GOS - Create -Create Attachment problem

Dear experts,

The user is a dialogue user and objects are published in standard applications of SAP.

When I click on the GOS icon in me22n transaction and in menu create - then create attachment button, I do not get the pop up button to select the document from the desktop. But in our sandbox server it is working fine.

Can anybody throw some light on what is happening here?

Could you check if Parameter ID 'SD_SWU_ACTIVE' has value 'X' in your user profile (transaction SU2).
