how to do quality inspections for delivery with stock control

Hello experts,

We want to activate an inspection type for delivery in order to check the quality of spare parts before sending to customer,which type of inspection types we can use for these cases, it would be appreciated if you can guide me and give a solution by considering the need of control of materials (we want the inspections been take place in quality area)

Typically inspection type 10 can be used to create inspection lots for deliveries.

Please google and research as you should find considerable info on this inspection type available on the net, including using the SAP helpfiles.

I knew that there are some types of inspection (10, 11, 12), during the search in google I got some useful guides, But the main issue is "our organization prefer to have inspection with stock relevance",

I read in some pages that we can set before delivery inspection for customer/material (in qv51) but there is a problem, we don't create outbound to sell some spare parts,

could you please kindly guide me how can we have automatically inspection lots before good issue?

It would depend on actually how you process your materials. It doesn't sound like you use deliveries.

There is a good issue inspection type that you might be able to use depending on the movements you use. But without more detail on the movements and processes, it's difficult to guide you.

Ok, sorry.

Actually for customer services we purchase the material (Spare part) requirements in MM processes, we use service orders with special type for sale the spare parts. After releasing the service order we do PGI with mvt 261and after that make the billing docs and there is not any outbound delivery in this process, if you need any other details please tell me. any suggestion by considering the necessity of stock type of quality in processing the inspection lots would be appreciated.
