    Hi,

You can find the name of the corresponding Web Dynpro component by passing the name of the application to the table WDY_APPLICATION. I had a check myself & it came up as: FPM_OIF_COMPONENT.

    Regards,

I am not 100% sure on Portal end, but when you runs an WD application indivisually, then put your cursor on any UI element of the application screen and do a right click. You have a Context menu option of More Field help. Click on this and then you can get the applications details.

Also check my reply in the Thread [How to get URL currently shown in Webbrowser |how-to-get-url-currently-shown-in-webbrowser] to get the URL progamatically and do the uper suggested option as well.

This application may be available in FPM_OIF_COMPONENT. Have a try.

    Hope it works for you.

You can lookup the WD Application in SE80. Choose Edit Object from the Workbench toolbar. Then go to the Web Objects tab. There you will find search criteria for WD Component, WD Application, WD Component Configuration, and WD Application Configuration. Lookup the WD Application and then you will see the Component it is defined for.
