Set GR indicator as display by PO Type

Hi SAP,

I managed to configure the GR Indicator as Display on "SPROMMPO--Define Screen Layout Document Level" for PO Type ZNP, but when i create a new PO the GR indicator still no set to display and user still can untick or tick the GR indicator.

is there any configuration related after made a changes on Define Screen Layout document level ???

Hi,

please check the following:

If you create a PO item with item category " " and account assignment category " ", in that case the system sets EKPO-WEPOS (goods receipt) to X and the field is on display, you can not change it.

When you add now an acc. ass. category different from " ", the the field goods receipt can be changed again. This is the standard system behaviour.

For standard PO/material i.e without account assignment and item category the GR is mandatory.

Please check the settings in tables T163 (and T163K) in your system. The goods receipt indicator is based on the item category.

Maybe you could use BAdI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST to meet your requirements.

The GR indicator is customizable for all account categories, except for the blank account category which is used to procure to stock.

IMG > MM > pruchasing > Account Assignment > Maintain Account Assignment Categories

select the Account Assignment Categories of your choice and go into the detail.

activate the box GR indicator binding.

this Indicates that a goods receipt is mandatory for the account assignment category.
