Creating a new BP in WebUI - Number grouping not editable

When i create a new BP in the CRM system using transaction BP everything works fine.

When i want to create a new BP in the WebUI (Customer Interaction Center) an error occurs 'Grouping 0001 has external number range, provide a number'.

Unfortunately i do not have a field 'Grouping' there where i could chosse the correct number range grouping (ZCRM which was by the way defined as internal standard in customizing). I am using the CIC with a standard business profile so i assume everything should be ok with the shown fields.

Somebody knows help?
