Close PR

Hi,

Sometime due to some reason the PR needs to be closed after release strategy (in which the PR closed is in display mode), therefore how to handle this situation? We tried thru MASS but it is not working, also because it is not in edit mode therefore thru LSMW may not work? Anybody have this situation and how they are closing PRs?

Hi,

PR closed at Quantities / dates tab.. it might be editable mode only.

if not check

SPRO>MM>Purchasing>? Pur. Reg> screen layout for PR--> Field selec..

Folloing filed check these filed --> deadline moniting

AKTV,ME52,ME52N,NBB

All the above the field deadline monitoring--> req. closed indicator should be optional..

Thank you friend for your propmpt reply, we know how to make the field as optional, the requirement is that the fields for close PR should be in display mode and they want to close the PR. Is there anything else (thru developed program etc.) can be done for this?

Hi,

mass closing of PRs in not possible with the t code

go to me52n > go to item detail level > go to quantites/dates tab > select the check box "Closed".

For mass closing of PR...

It can be done through BDC or LSMW. Use tcode ME52 only for developing LSMW.

Thanks friend for your reply, however the 'PR close' field in the PR is in display mode and the client wants in display mode only. Therefore is it possible if we can force close the PR using BDC or LSMW? Any idea?
