Parked invoice is not visible in MIRO(in Parked document)

Hello All,

The invoice parking is done through ALE-IDOC, but parked invoice is not visibble in MIRO and MIR7.

The parked invoice is visible in PO history as well as in table RBKP.

When invoice is parked manually then it is visible in MIRO and MIR7 .... Can anybody tell me ....Why this has happened???

Yes this document is present in RSEG table.

Also, RBSTAT field value is "A".

if you try to display the invoice with MIR4 transaction do you receive any message?

If any could you please indicate message class and message number?.

No ....there is no message in MIR4

i do not know much about ALE-IDOC but...

could it be possible that due to ALE-IDOC this document is in a status that does need further processing

in order to appear in MIR4/MIRO/MIR7 transactions?.

Ask an ALE-IDOC expert about his opinion.

Hi,

If the Invoice document is missing some information that is required for posting.

In this case we will park the document. Here some preliminary checks will be performed.

Balance might not be zero.But in this case updates were performed.

Please use RBKP-RBSTAT field to find out the different type os status.
