CRM WEBUI CONFIGURATION

Hi expert,

While configuration for make email as mandatory field i am facing a unknown issue.

When i check checkbox for mandatory and apply changes and save, the * mark is there

just after label, but when i refresh it or come later for next configuration the mandatory changes was not there, even its not effecting target system after transport. same for

addition new field from available fields.

Please suggest a solution .

Hi Praveen,

did you try to make the change from webui itself or from the configuration view, try with both to see if the changes are being captured.

I had a similar issue that changes done from webui were not reflecting so had to re do them from the configuration view in the backend as well.
