system Status-CRTD CHCR

Hello!

In QA32 screen for a particular material system Status is showing as 'CRTD CHCR' . I created the Quality plan for this particular item and again i came back to QA32 screen i came to Inspection Lot->Inspection Specification->Task List/Spec tab.But it is showing the error as 'No Inspection Plan Could be Found'.But i created the Quality plan for this.while Creating the Quality Plan, i given the date value correctly.Could any one tell me wat is the actual problem and how to resolve this.

Hi,

1. Hwat is the lot creation date and what is the inspection plan date?

2. Is the task list status released?

There could be several reasons

1.Check the status of the task list

2.Check the usage of the task list & it should match with usage in QA02

3.Now the Date of Creation of task list( validity date) should be prior to that of creation of inspection lot.

then check in QA02

I check QA06 screen there it is not showing the result.In QA06 screen,Group selection is not coming for which i created the Quality plan in QP01 for that particular material. I checked the valid Date selection, Inspection starts date is on 1.12.2009. so i created the Quality plan on the date of 1.12.2009 itself.Is this date is correct or i have to change.

I am not very clear why you go to QA06.

Make sure that the validity date of the task list is one day prior to creation of inspection lot for the safer side.

I am not very clear why you are going to T code QA06

Go to QA02--> inspect Spec->click on specification --->then click on sample.

Then check the Status in QA32

sir i changed the valid date in QP01. and in QA02 screen, I am giving the input as Inspection Lot but as u told i am not getting any tab as ,Inspection Specification.Is there any rights problem in my screen or shall i use the Inspection Lot->Inspection specification tab in QA32.

Inspection Lot->Inspection specification tab

Click on inspection specification in Inspection Lot->Inspection specification tab from QA32--->then click on sample tab in sample screen & save

sir as u told in QA32 screen I went to Inspection Spectification Tab and checked it,In that usage is showing 6. but i created created the plan for usage 5 only in QP01 and i also click the sample button in sample tab it is showing the error as 'Sample Size Could not be Calculated'.

You have to create the plan with the usage that you have specificed in the Customization.If its 6 there then change the plan for usage 6 & then attach.Once plan gets attached then only sample calculated.

As u told i changed the usage as 6 in QP01 and i came to QA32 screen and click the TaskList/spec. button in Inspection specification tab. system status also changed as 'REL CALC'.Then i went to Usage Decision tab for doing inspection,but in that there is no Inspection lot tab to do inspection. i just enter UD Code as a and save it. then i came to the main screen that particular lot is disappears. stock is there still in quality in MMBE screen.

Which inspection type you are using

Depending upon that lot will have stock posting screen.

As you have said status is REL CALC & no signs of SPRQ then its not stock relevant lot.So only UD can be taken.

Check n MMBE this stock must be of different lot.

Now in QA32 screen i gave the input as,plant,Material and the option button as 'select only the Inspection lot with the usage Decision' and run the screen. There this lot is present with the system status 'UD ICCO STUP'.still there is stock in MMBE.is that possible to clear that stock now

the stock visible n mmbe is not from this lot.other lot is pending for inspection or stock in qi is possible to make mb1b---->321 mvt(if qm view is not active)

I tried the MB1B with 321 movement type it is showing the error as ' Change the Inspection Stock of the

Material 6550005020 in QM only'. I also checked in the material Document screen stock is didnt posted. In MMBE screen stock is present.

I told you if QM view is active then MB1b--->321 only work if QM view is not active

again I am saying Stock in MMBE is not from this Inspection lot.

check from which lot it is?

Now i understood the way of using the Tcode-Mb1b. If that stock is in some other lot means how i should identify in which lot it is present. i checked in QA32 screen there is showing 3 system status such as,

1.LTCA CALC.

2.UD ICCO STUP

3.UD ICCO SPCO STUP.

There is no other lot is present in the Qa32 screen.

There are many ways to find the inspection lot associated to the quality stock. simple way is go to transaction qvm2 - give your material, plant & other details and execute. If you get any output, click on it and execute, it will take you to UD screen - complete the UD and stock posting.

Some times, stock will be in QI stock without any associated inspection lot. get back to me if that is the case.
