Old Orders are adding to product when DP Forecast released to SNP

Hi ,

I am deleting old orders using /SAPAPO/RLCDELETE prog and it deletes all old orders successfully for a product and location combination and I am relesing DP forecast orders to SNP through /SAPAPO/TS_BATCH_RUN program, this program adding all old Orders to the Product again . And this isssue is only for few products. and i am using standard programs only.

Please help me how can i resolve this issue. Wht may be the prob??

Hi Chandrashekar

can you try adjusting your PIRs using transaction //MD74 before releasing the forecast? it is possible that there is some open unconsumed quantity because unconusmed or open sales order?

can you try using the above transaction?

I treid with u'r suggestion .. I am able delete records .. but if I relese Forecast again Orders coming ..

Hi Chandrasekhar,

For releasing APO DP forecasts to APO SNP standard transaction is /SAPAPO/MC90 and we can run this in background also.

While releasing from APO DP to SNP, you have option of releasing from a given date, in the transaction /SAPAPO/MC90

Herein you can give a date to avoid older orders getting released.

Please check.

Hi Thanks for your replay, but in my case we releasing forecast based on MRP controller using /SAPAPO/BATCH_RUN prog, we are scheduling this prog as job in back ground and running for all MRP controllers.

We are facing problem with only 4-5 products . wht may be the issue.. plz help me in this ...

Hi Chandra,

Try re-organizing PIR through program /SAPAPO/RM60RR20 for the affected location products and then release the forecast..
