Hello Sridaran,

Check in R/3 outbound queue RFC ( SMQ1 transaction) or in SRM inbound queue RFC ( SMQ2 transaction) queue name for object name DNL_CUST_BASIS3.

It must be in status "Sysfail": double-click on it to get error details.

Hello Sridaran,

In SMOEAC transaction, site attributes for your site type 'CRM' has no value: you must have attributes for your SRM RFC destination.

Select the correct RFC destination, then click onto button 'Get Values'.

After doing this, table SMOF_ERPSH should be populated correctly.

Regards.

Laurent.
