Unable to import data workbench, individual object of item node for custom BO

Dear All experts,

I've created Odata service from custom BO with root and item node, and I completely imported the root node with no error. But, I cannot import individual Obj. of item node into the system without error, external ID (xxxxx) does not exist.

This screen is what I want to import the data in Account page.

This is the Odata service that I created for importing. I already selected the root for linking root and item node.

Did I do anything wrong or missing any steps?

Hello Korakot,

We have checked this scenario further and in order to identifty the root cause of this error message, we would need to access the system and match all the informations between the custom BO and the OData service.

To do so, could you kindly raise an incident in your system and send it to the Provider?
