Drop down not populating the default values when I use the Reset button

Hi,

I have a drop down button on my dashboard.

When I load the dashboard, I should get a default value on the Drop down button (ideally the first label)

In the behaviour properties tab, in 'Selection Item' I have choose 'Type' as Position and 'Item' as 1.

When I load the dashboard for the first time, I get the first label default value in the Drop down, but when i use the reset button I dont get the default value in the Drop down (it doesn't show any value, I have to manually choose the value from the Drop down)

Thanking in advance.

Varun

    Hi Varun,

In the Selected item option of the drop down box under behavior try to map it with the default value that you want everytime you click on reset

Drop down box >properties >Behaviour >Selected Item >map the value with the default label/value

    Hi

I am having a similar issue with one of my dashboards. It seems that when I first view my report, the various graphs and tables appear as a default. Once I've used the rest button, however, these defaults disappear and only reappear when i select one of the

I have tried uncheck all the 'clear Destination When no Selected Item' buttons that are associated but still does not help.

How does the reset button work? It does not seem to entirely return you to all default settings in place when you open the file.

If anyone could help I would be eternally grateful

    Regards
