Delivery not getting invoiced as getting status " Not Relevant "

Hi All,

We have a case wherein a delivery is not getting invoiced. When analysed we found that the status in delivery header level for Bill Docs is coming as blank i.e "Not Relevant. "

Please note that we have been using this for years but never faced this issue. Deliveries have been processing properly but suddenly we have this issue.

Please guide us to solve this issue.

Let us know if any more information is required.

    Hi

    do the following checks:

    Then, check have you completed the PGI for the delivery document or not.

    Next, go to that Item Category functionality VOV7 and find if it is order or delivery related billing.

    And after that go and check in the particular Sales order document type whether billing document types are maintained in the sales document or not.

    If every thing is correct go and find with copy controls

    If it order related, go VTFA

    If it Delivery related, go VTFL and check in your document type combination is maintained or not, if they are maintained item category is available or not.

      Thanks.. I have checked all the thigs you have advised and everything is in order. Please suggest if there s anything else to be checked.

    Hello,

    What is the item category u r using and what is the document type u r using.

    as u say previously it was working properly, do compare any of the previous order with current one.

    Do keep updated.

    Hello Satish,

    1. For your I Cat, check the billing relevance.

    2. Check is there any billing block in Sales Doc or manual status change at sales order for releasing the doc for billing.

    3. Check your incompletion log for your DOC, in your business process.

    Hi,

    Please check the below settings in VTFL at the item category level

    Copying requirements 004 Deliv-related item

    Data VBRK/VBRP 001 Inv.split (sample)

    Billing quantity B

    Also check the billing relevance and item type in VOVY for the respective item category.

    Dear,

    Before giving any solution please let us know the exact cause of error which you can get by following way,

    Use VF01 and once you ger the error GOTO -- EDIT-- LOG and you will get exact issue,it may be beacuse of any reason such as Delivery is blocked, donot mainatined for Copy control between Del. doc to Billing Doc.

    Try running reports RVV05IVB and SDVBUK00 once. Sometimes the statuses and indices are not updated correctly.

      Hi Chandrashekhar,

      reports RVV05IVB and SDVBUK00 are not working for the status correction.

      We got one more delivery with such issue.
