Problem with device type 'SCREEN'

Hi,

Output for shipment document is not printed. It says successful in SAP (green icon appears) but it does not go to the printer. I observed that in the print program, the device parameter has value 'SCREEN' instead of the default 'PRINTER'. Could that be the problem? Is there an option to set device type 'SCREEN' for the formatting process of printer?
