SUM - ERROR => soap_check_permission authentication

Hallo,

nach dem Start des SUM, habe ich den Browser aufgerufen und mich mit dem <SID>ADM authentifiziert. Nach der richtigen Eingabe der Benutzerdaten, wird keine neue Seite geladen. In der sapstartsrv.log befindet sich der Fehler *** ERROR => soap_check_permission authentication

Hi Boris,

thank you for help. I checked the host agent log and the problem was, the host agent can't found this file

C:\Program Files\SAP\hostctrl\exe\SIGNATURE.SMF

An HostAgent upgrade solved my problem and i used this documentation.

The command in the documentation

<path to SAPCAR>\sapcar.exe -xvf <path to temporary directory>\SAPHOSTAGENT<SP-version>.SAR -manifest SIGNATURE.SMF

was the solution.

Hi,

did you try the "usual" answers already, like refresh/restart browser, or stop and restart SAP Host Agent? You may check the host agent logs as well.
