bis and tub application

Hi gurus.

I'm a basis guy and there is a need to apply the tubs on our hr system.

We are using 4.6c sap system.We do not have EA_HRCUS support packs in the system.

a)What are the pre-requistes for e.g.Diff s/w components to be available on SAP.(EA_HRCUS,etc etc)

b)How can we determine if the tubs are already deployed on the system and on what level we are?

c)Also, from the basis persepective is it that we should be only concerned if importing the LD6* patches?

d)Additionaly, is there a need to connect any server(BSI-client) to SAP through an RFC?If so, who will install the client software.

Hello Prasanna, Can you please list donw the current components installed in your 4.6 C system ?(so that we can compare from SMP)

Also, I am not sure if patches/support for 4.6c system is available - may be will have to check in archived patches.

We do not have the tax factory engine which also has to be installed(online system) and we contacted the vendor for more help.

If someone goes partially through the process of installing new TUBs in BSI, the list of the ones already installed will display. You will also have to install a relevant SAP note. You can search for the SAP Note using PY-US-BSI as a search term.

There's a consulting note I recommend reading. It's Note 1150833.
