Successfactors Compensation Integration with CPI- RH_SFI_SYNCH_COMP_F4 errors

Hi,

I am trying to setup up Sccessfactors compensation integration using CPI but am failing at the first steps.

One report to import the SFS group IDs & Adhoc reports (RH_SFI_SYNCH_COMP_F4)

does not seem to connect to CPI at all.

Employee integration is already running, so I wpuld have expected to see at least the login integration.

In SPRO the login info for compensation is filled.

SOA manager is configured and the CPI services are deployed

What could I be missing?

Hi Reem,

I am not entirely sure since it was a while ago, but I think it was an issue with Provisioning in SF. The Ad-hoc report provisioning was not done in my case. See the C1K guide item 2.1
